Laurent Bouro est un peintre- plasticien, né en 1967 en Touraine. Il vit et travaille actuellement à Tours (Indre et Loire, France).
Laurent Bouro se passionne dès son enfance pour l’art et la peinture. Il se nourrit de livres d’histoire et peint son premier tableau à l’âge de 6 ans : une reproduction du peintre italien Amedeo Modigliani (XXe siècle) qui restera l’un de ses peintres préférés.
Très jeune, la peinture représente un moyen d’évasion, un repère. Son entourage prend conscience de son talent et le soutient. Il travaille sa technique en suivant une formation de peintre en décors. Ce cursus qu’il suit avec enthousiasme et frénésie l’aide à découvrir et approfondir sa méthode de création. L’année suivante, il devient artiste professionnel et commence à vivre de son art.
Inspirés par ses nombreux voyages dans le monde entier, Il peint, depuis plusieurs années, des arbres, des forêts, des paysages stylisés, épurés et colorés tout droit sortis de son imagination.

biography of L. Bouro
L.Bouro is a painter-visual artist, born in 1967 in Touraine. He currently lives and works in Tours (Indre et Loire, France).
L.Bouro has been passionate about art and painting since childhood. He feeds on history books and paints his first painting at the age of 6: a reproduction of the Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani (20th century) who remains one of his favorite painters.
Very young, painting represents a means of escape, a landmark. His entourage became aware of his talent and supported him. He worked on his technique by training as a decorative painter. This course, which he follows with enthusiasm and frenzy, helps him to discover and deepen his method of creation. The following year, he became a professional artist and began to live from his art.
Inspired by his many travels around the world, Laurent Bouro has been painting, for several years, trees, forests, stylized, refined and colorful landscapes straight out of his imagination.
